We are proud to have once again been recognized by "Capital" as one of the best trainers in Germany! With 23 out of 25 points, we proved our commitment to high-quality training and were able to achieve 5 out of 5 possible stars.
The extensive survey took place from March to May 2023 and 567 companies in Germany took part, including DAX corporations, medium-sized companies, and of course us - WEBER.
We are delighted about the recognition of our commitment to taking innovative paths in training. We focus on individual support, digitalization in personnel development and also on having fun during training and work.
