WEBER Verpackungen is awarded by Capital and Ausbildung.de as one of "Germany's best trainers 2021" !
Already last year we participated in the Capital study about Germany's best trainers. The results have now been evaluated and we can be pleased about a great result of 5 out of 5 stars in the area of training!
Out of 652 participating companies, 177 qualified with this top result of five stars.
The study also looked at the impact of the Corona pandemic. For example, more than one-third surveyed in the study said there had been a drop in quality in the area of training. Eighty-nine percent of respondents introduced new learning methods, according to the study. This shows that the pandemic also offers a great opportunity in the area of digitization at the same time. We are proud that, with creative solutions and constructive collaboration between many of the partners involved, we have found ways during the pandemic to maintain the quality of training at such a good level.
