With 5 out of 5 possible stars, the business magazine "Capital" has once again named us one of the "best trainers in Germany".
The survey, which involved answering a detailed questionnaire with more than 90 questions, ran from the end of March to the end of May 2022. More than 750 companies took part in the Capital study, 15 percent more than in the previous year. The companies employ around 3.6 million employees, more than 100,000 trainees and almost 24,000 dual students. They include DAX-listed companies, large public authorities, many SMEs, craft enterprises and us!
"From a bag stall to a 5-star training company is a great development!" says our training manager Rabea Isenbeck with a smile at the publication of the excellent results. "We are delighted with this award, but at the same time we know that we must not slacken in our efforts to train our apprentices to a high standard of quality. Unconventional ways of recruiting and imparting knowledge, an open ear for the "Z" generation, the expansion of digitalization in personnel development, individual support and further training opportunities, and of course the promotion of fun at work will be the key points here!"
